With a background in varsity-level lacrosse and years of hands-on coaching, I bring an athlete’s mindset to every session. I know what it means to grind, to push past limits, and to keep showing up—even when it’s hard. That’s the energy I bring to my clients.

 I specialize in functional training, HYROX prep, and athletic performance. My coaching philosophy is simple: get 1% better every day. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started, I believe everyone has an athlete inside them—and movement is a lifelong game.

 Training with me is about building strength that lasts, moving with purpose, and showing up for your body in ways that support both performance and longevity.
