I truly believe that each of us hold the key to our health and wellness. Once we realize that we have the power to steer our health, anything is possible. I’ve personally overcome chronic digestive disorders and ditched prescription medication, and I’ve worked with students to do the same.
I studied Traditional Chinese Acupuncture at the Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences and the Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Tianjin, China. Through some of life’s twists and turns I began my career as a personal trainer in 2010 working privately with clients at Fitness 101 with Master Trainer Ken Malmstrom. In the Summer of 2015 I relocated to Pickering and am excited to bring my holistic approach to fitness and wellness to the Durham Region.

For the clients who would prefer to work in a gym environment, I introduce Kyle Moran.
Kyle has brings over 20 years’ experience working with clients to help them meet their goals. He also has extensive experience working with high performing athletes, having trained and coached members of our national rowing team, OFSAA level wrestling champs and the OHL to name a few.
His dedication to his clients and drive to help them reach their goals comes from years of practice, both in his own athletic career in football, rugby, wrestling and boxing followed by years of coaching the same sports.
