I truly believe that each of us hold the key to our health and wellness. Once we realize that we have the power to steer our health, anything is possible. This is my full time gig. I dedicate each and every day to spreading my love of health, fitness and wellness to my growing roster of clients.
As a younger woman I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, specifically acupuncture, and my approach to food, movement, and lifestyle continues to be holistic and natural.
I am certified by Can-Fit Pro as a personal trainer and have received certificates in continuing education on

- Training for Strength, Power and Endurance
- Eat Clean Principles (Tosca Reno)
- Training during pregnancy and post-natal exercise
I am a voracious reader of nutrition for health and wellness and focus on whole foods as a way to an improved nutritional lifestyle.
I have personally used a dietary lifestyle change to overcome severe acid reflux and IBS, and have managed to remove my need for medication for the last decade.
My enthusiasm for what healthy movement and a better diet can achieve is contagious!
In Studio Personal Training
For the clients who would prefer to work in a gym environment, I introduce Kyle Moran.
Kyle has brings over 20 years’ experience working with clients to help them meet their goals. He also has extensive experience working with high performing athletes, having trained and coached members of our national rowing team, OFSAA level wrestling champs and the OHL to name a few.
His dedication to his clients and drive to help them reach their goals comes from years of practice, both in his own athletic career in football, rugby, wrestling and boxing followed by years of coaching the same sports.
